Delivery Policy Our policy is to charge only the Royal Mail or Courier postage cost for delivery of your package; no handling or packing charge is added. Each item in our catalogue has been weighed and the checkout calculates the exact postage cost for a number of postage services; you can choose the service that best suits your requirements.
Delivery to UK We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of payment. In the majority of cases, we despatch within 24 hours. During busy periods (usually pre-season March and April), despatch may take longer and when this is the case, it will be clearly indicated on our home page. Please note that First Class, Second Class, Registered and Special Delivery has a maximum length restriction of 60cms and is therefore not available on Bats, Batting Pads, Stumps or Kit Bags. Such items are sent by Royal Mail Parcels Service.
Delivery to Europe Our checkout process offers airmail rates to Europe for packages up to 1980g in weight. If you require goods amounting to more than this, please email sales@getpaddedup.co.uk for latest European Courier Rates.
Delivery to Rest of World Our checkout process offers Royal Mail `Rest of World` airmail rates for packages up to 1980g in weight. If you require goods amounting to more than this, please email sales@getpaddedup.co.uk for latest Worldwide Courier Rates.
Courier Rates and Free Postage Offer Please note a surcharge of £7.50 applies to the following postcodes: PH19 - 44, PH49 - 50, IV, KW, PA20 - 88, ZE, KA27 & KA 28, HS, all Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly. Please email us for postage quotes to the Channel Islands as these are not covered by standard Royal Mail rates.
Packaging We make no charge for packaging.
Returns Faulty goods may be returned within 28 days of delivery and will receive a full refund or replacement. Goods ordered in error can be returned for refund minus an administration charge. Please contact sales@getpaddedup.co.uk before returning the goods.
Non-Delivery We will replace any item that is lost in the post or offer a full refund. Items sent by Royal Mail are subject to a 15 working days period before the package is considered lost by the Royal Mail. These are conditions imposed on every user of Royal Mail services and outside our control. |
